Repositioned an Adelaide craft gin distillery and built the DTC + cellar door funnel that turned tasting visits into year-round subscribers.
Saltbush had a beautiful product and a tasting room nobody could find online. We rebuilt the brand system around native Australian botanicals, launched a Shopify subscription with quarterly limited releases, and ran a paid + Meta retargeting loop tied to cellar-door visit data.
DTC revenue grew 4.7x year-on-year and the cellar door is now booked out 9 weeks in advance through to summer.
