Who we are
Brand Blazers Studio ("Brand Blazers", "we", "our", "us") operates brandblazers.online and the marketing services described on it. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you interact with the site, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It is maintained by us to answer common privacy questions and is not a substitute for legal advice.
Information we collect
- Contact information you submit. Name, work email, company, phone, budget, message and any other details you share through our contact, audit, pricing or booking forms.
- Newsletter subscriptions. Email address and the timestamp/source of subscription.
- Marketing tool inputs. Any URLs, briefs, keywords, copy or images you submit into our AI-assisted tools (audits, brief generators, name/logo generators). We may store outputs to operate the tool and improve quality.
- Authentication data. If you create an account, we store your email, hashed credentials and session metadata via our auth provider.
- Usage data. IP address, user-agent, referring page, pages viewed, and basic device data — collected through server logs and (where consent allows) analytics cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and deliver the services you request.
- To send transactional emails (confirmations, account notices).
- To send the Brand Blazers newsletter when you've opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
- To operate, secure and improve the site and our marketing tools.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal basis (GDPR / DPDP)
We rely on the following lawful bases: contract (to deliver services you've requested), legitimate interests (running a secure site and analysing how it's used), consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing emails), and legal obligation (record-keeping and compliance).
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies remember your region and keep forms secure. With your consent we may load analytics and marketing pixels to measure performance and retarget visitors with our own ads. You can change your choice anytime via the cookie banner.
Subprocessors
We work with vetted vendors to host, send email, process forms and run analytics. These include our cloud hosting and database provider, our transactional email provider, our authentication provider, and our analytics provider. We sign data processing agreements where required.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and tool-run data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, typically up to 36 months from your last interaction. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email hello@brandblazers.online. We respond within 30 days.
International transfers
Our infrastructure may process data outside your country of residence. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Security
We use industry-standard controls including encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted storage at rest, role-based access, and regular dependency review. No system is perfectly secure; we recommend strong, unique passwords for any account you create.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
