Engineered the HIPAA-aware paid acquisition system that took an Austin-based GLP-1 telehealth clinic from 200 to 14,000 active patients.
Northbound launched into a category where every dollar of paid media is scrutinized by compliance and platform policy. We built a HIPAA-aware landing system on Vercel, a Meta + TikTok creative library shot with real clinicians, and a CRM-attributed funnel through HubSpot.
Inside 9 months, blended CAC settled at $38 against an LTV of $156 — a 4.1x LTV/CAC ratio that unlocked a $14M Series A.
