Lumière Ayurveda had a devoted following across Mumbai and Bengaluru but no clear path to scale beyond metros. We rebuilt the brand's content architecture, paid acquisition strategy, and post-purchase journey from the ground up.
A 90-day diagnostic surfaced friction across product education, ad creative, and WhatsApp re-engagement. Our team rewrote the entire content library in English and Hindi, launched a creator-led UGC engine across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities, and engineered a new offer ladder for retention.
Within nine months, blended ROAS climbed from 1.8x to 5.6x while gross margin grew 22 points.
