Took a Brooklyn-based men's grooming brand from $40k to $1.2M in monthly recurring revenue with a Meta + creator UGC engine.
Halberd & Co. had product-market fit but a fragile growth engine — one Meta account, one creative angle, one offer. We rebuilt the entire acquisition stack around a 90-day creative testing cadence, a creator UGC pipeline across NYC and LA, and a post-purchase subscription flow tuned for shave-cycle retention.
