Launched a Portland specialty roaster into a national subscription business with TikTok Shop as the lead channel.
Foundry had a single café, a loyal local following, and zero national distribution. We rebuilt their Shopify subscription on Recharge, opened TikTok Shop with a 12-creator seeding program, and ran lifecycle out of Klaviyo with brew-cycle-triggered flows.
TikTok Shop alone added 19,400 net new subscribers in 14 months at a 3.8x first-order ROAS, and subscription is now 71% of revenue.
