Built a 4,800-page programmatic SEO engine and Klaviyo lifecycle stack for a Denver outdoor apparel brand competing with REI and Backcountry.
Cascade Outfitters was spending 71% of revenue on Meta and Google with no organic moat. We mapped 12,000 long-tail intent clusters ("women's merino base layer for skiing in Colorado", "down jacket for Patagonia trek"), then shipped a programmatic SEO system that generated 4,800 fully-merchandised landing pages.
Paired with a 14-flow Klaviyo lifecycle program and an attribution rebuild in Northbeam, organic revenue grew 247% in the first year while paid spend dropped 31%.
