Launched a Sydney pilates equipment brand into Australia and the US in the same quarter — and hit AUD $6.2M in year one.
Bondi Reformer Co. needed to launch a premium home reformer across two markets simultaneously, with separate fulfilment, currency, and creative angles for AU and US audiences.
We built dual Shopify Markets storefronts, a localized Meta + YouTube creative system shot in Bondi and Venice Beach, and a studio-partner program that turned 60 boutique pilates studios into affiliate trial locations.
Year one closed at AUD $6.2M with 41% of revenue from the US — three quarters ahead of plan.
